A multi-building venture of new development and historical rehab of the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center.  Included engineering for approximately 900,000 sf of apartment and co-living units.  Multiple retail sites including a Whole Foods Market, as well as garage renovations and studies for mechanical, fire and electrical upgrades.
